The Simple Place | $500.00Up to 50 people.
Facility usage of 5 hours total for day of event only. Large pavilion, small pavilion, two bathroom facilities and one private room use included with access to common space in house. No access to kitchen.
Cleaning fee included. No onsite cleaning staff during use of venue.
Employee from The Noble Farm available during event.
Additional time, usage of additional portions of the house and overnight accommodations can be added for an additional fee.
Only available for booking 30 days from event. $100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking, full payment due 15 days prior to the event. Time usage of venue determined at time of booking.
The White Pine | $3,000.00Up to 200 people.
Use of venue facilities (large pavilion, small pavilion, full house) from Friday at 1pm ET to Sunday 11am ET, additional days can be added for a fee. Overnight accommodations for up to seven people can be added for a fee.
Cleaning fee included, onsite cleaning staff for rehearsal and event.

Non-refundable deposit of $500 at the time of booking, full payment due 30 days prior to the event. Payment plan options available.

This package includes optional use of 6 high top tables and 24 white table cloths for 5 ft. round tables.
Amenities
The Noble Farm sits on 40 acres with a peaceful creek, hills for hiking, and space to create your ideal event. The White Pine Farmhouse, sourced from local timber, was finished in 2017 and is a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort.
